SIX WAYS TO MAKE YOURSELF STAND OUT IN OUR HIRING PROCESS

Have experience with us
In other words, make sure you know what we do and you’ve experienced it in some way. That could mean shopping for one of our products and services, or attending one of our events. When you’ve at least interacted with us, we know you’re familiar with us on a deeper level than someone who just knows us a ‘Motorcycle Dealership.’

Be passionate about what we do
You might have purchased a t-shirt or been through our service department, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’re passionate about our mission.  When you’re passionate about anything, you’ll stand out. So make sure your passion shines through in your correspondence and any interviews you have with us. We want people passionate about doing work that matters!

Research beforehand

Use that knowledge and, in the interview, surprise us with what you know!

Be purposeful in how you apply
Don’t use the shotgun approach, simply applying for every job that sounds fun. Be intentional about applying to the opportunity that meets your passion, skill set, and a future mission. When we see someone who’s applied for multiple jobs with us at one time, well, it seems desperate. We want passionate people, because our customers sense if you’re working for them, or your paycheck.

Get to know someone who knows us or works here
We appreciate like minded people who hang out together.

Be patient
Nobody wins when someone isn’t the absolute right fit. So if you apply, you need understand that we may not respond right away. But if we think you’re a promising candidate, you can be certain we’ll get in touch with you.
