THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Use this form to make an appointment for service maintenance, customization work, and general parts & accessories installations.
As you complete the form, please keep in mind that we schedule based on the estimated time to complete the job(s) you request.
For example, if you request a 600 mile service, we will allocate two-hours. If you arrive to your appointment with an exhaust system to be installed, it will take more time. We will complete the 600 mile service separate from the exhaust installation and may delay the return of your bike.
Info you’ll want to complete the form:
- Your contact information
The usual stuff here. Please use a number and email where we can reach you between 10:am and 6:00pm
- Your bike information
The important details about your bike; year, make, model, VIN**
- Your requested services
List the type(s) of service you need along with descriptions. The more detail you can provide, the faster we can get you into a slot and on the lift.
ALL ABOUT THAT VIN
Although we don’t require the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for you to complete the form, we can schedule your bike faster, because we can look-up warranty status, open recalls, and bulletins before calling you with availability options!
The VIN can be found on your registration or insurance card, but to ensure complete accuracy, it’s best to record it directly from your bike.
